Reservations
Reservations are required and can be made by telephone or by e-mail. We will take calls between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Pacific time and monitor emails regularly. If you make your reservations within one to three days prior to the date you ride we should be able to get a reliable weather forecast.
At the time of booking we will need a profile on each member of your group including age, weight, height, and riding experience. This information helps us make an informed decision on the right horses and saddle for everyone in your group.

Limitations
As horse are physically limited in how much weight they can safely carry we have a limit of 220 pounds.
For wildfire liability reasons and in considerations of our non-smoking quests we have strict limitations on smoking.
Due to the inherent dangers associated with horseback riding we generally limit our riders to no less than 10 years of age and/or height of 4 feet, 11 inches.
Each participant will be required to sign a waiver releasing Makani Olu Ranch of all liability.
Riders under the age of 18 will require the signature of parent or legal guardian and are required to wear a helmet.

After confirming your reservation there are several payment options including PAY PAL

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If we cancel due to weather etc. NO charge.
If you cancel for any reason within 24 hours 50% charge.
If you don't show 100% charge.
Please call us for any emergency. We would rather reschedule if we can, we want to help.
